Aged in French and American Oak Barrels for 24 months, the wine is a deep purple-black with aromas of pepper, blackberry, olive, smoke … even bacon fat! The velvety tannins support a strong acidity. Pair with bold dishes like blue cheese burgers or robust BBQ, and soft cheeses. The fruit used for this wine were grown on the Pipestone Vineyard using sustainable and organic techniques.
